| A qualified architect, Renate prefers
illustrating for children. She's illustrated for Highlights and
other children's magazines, as well as many schoolbooks. She has
two daughters, Angelika and Julia, three cats and six newts, and
lives in a 100 year-old house in Berkeley, California. |
